- There is a firm argument that some parts of South Manchester are still undervalued.
- The governments help to buy scheme has been a boost for many first time buyers helping therm to get onto or rise up the property market
- Lastly, but perhaps most importantly, if you find a property that you love and you can afford it – there is no point in waiting in the hope that prices will fall as this is very unlikely to happen.
