Urmston Estate Agents to move into Eden Square
The Manchester based Estate Agent, VitalSpace has agreed to move offices from its present home on Flixton Road, Urmston.
Due to our continued success in the Urmston property market, VitalSpace is looking to substantially increase it’s office space whilst retaining a prominent accessible position in the town.
Don’t worry, We aren’t going very far!
Just into the Eden Square development. This move will give VitalSpace the additional office space to expand the company and provide an enhanced experience for their clients.
Richard Antrobus, Director of VitalSpace, said “The new office will provide us with an exciting new environment for the benefit of both our clients and staff. The Eden Square development is now a focal point for shopping in Urmston and this is something we just had to be part of. This new office will provide a benchmark for our future expansion plans.”
The expansion has also created two new roles, with VitalSpace now looking to recruit two new members of staff to its five-strong team –an administrator and sales negotiator

The new office is expected to open towards the end of November 2012.
