The Best Estate Agent Guide highlights the top 20% of agents

The Property Academy have carried out a comprehensive survey in order to discover the best estate agent in the UK. The Best Estate Agent Guide will highlight the top 20% of estate and letting agent branches as assessed by Rightmove, who based their findings on a combination of agents’ performance and customer service. The study focuses on the consumer experience and involves analysis of hundreds of thousands of data points, as well as a large-scale mystery shopping exercise. Property Academy CEO Peter Knight said: “Working with the unrivalled data from our principal partner, Rightmove, we will have assessed over 26,000 estate agency sales and lettings branches from all models – including traditional, online and hybrid. This guide will be the biggest assessment of its type ever undertaken in the UK. To gather a shortlist to discover the Best Estate Agent in the country, The Property Academy have analysed:

• 3 billion Rightmove page views
• 50 million leads
• 3 million transactions
• 1 million properties on Rightmove
• 26,000 branches

The Property Academy then carried out over 30,000 mystery shops to identify the very best performing branches and discovered what makes them successful.
