Following on from our blog post below, we have been searching the internet high and low trying to answer our question – Is property better by video?. Today we stumbled across this video where Rap music meets video walk through tours – again by an Aussie Estate Agent. This video is very creative if not slightly unusual and received 25,000 views via youtube in just 2 weeks.

Can traditional marketing be improved? When you use video to do the work of pictures and text, of course it can. Most UK estate agents are using video marketing to benefit their websites and generate property sales.
Video breathes life into property listings and is incredibly useful for that buyer who is pondering over whether to arrange that viewing or not.
