Lomond Capital acquires VitalSpace Manchester City Centre lettings branch

VitalSpace Manchester has completed the sale of its city centre lettings business to Lomond Capital, the parent company of Thornley Groves Estate Agents.

Director’s Paul Whiteman< and Richard Antrobus will continue to operate VitalSpace’s sales and lettings offices in Urmston and Chorlton, but VitalSpace will no longer provide lettings services in Manchester City Centre.

This deal will allow VitalSpace to further strengthen our presence in the key residential area’s of South Manchester where we are experiencing strong demand for properties both for sale and to rent.

Lomond Capital will absorb VitalSpace’s Manchester City Centre lettings business into the Thornley Groves operation and expect that both landlords and tenants will welcome the deal as it will deliver wide exposure for available properties, good choice for tenants and an efficient property management service.

VitalSpace are confident that Thornley Groves with the backing of Lomond Capital will prove to be a very safe pair of hands for all of our customers.
