Only the very best agents are listed in The Best Estate Agent Guide, a website for landlords and sellers to help them choose who to sell or let their property.

The top 20% of performers are then put through a practical assessment with mystery shoppers at every stage of the sales and lettings processes. Agencies are then scored and reviewed based on their response times, response quality and overall delivery of service. VitalSpace excelled in all these areas.

Five Years Running

At the EA Masters 2025 event, for the fifth year running, we picked up a double gold award, one of very few UK Estate Agents to do so. Only the top 2% of estate agents in the country earned Double Gold in the Best Estate Agent Guide in 2025.
