As you maybe aware, every year, a rigorous assessment is carried out of every estate and letting agent in the country.
Currently, there are 13,080 estate agencies in the UK and each one is assessed for property marketing, customer service and results, including how quickly they sell or let and percentage of price achieved compared with other agents in the same location.
Only the very best agents are listed in The Best Estate Agent Guide, a website for landlords and sellers to help them choose who to sell or let their property.
The top 20% of performers are then put through a practical assessment with mystery shoppers at every stage of the sales and lettings processes. Agencies are then scored and reviewed based on their response times, response quality and overall delivery of service. VitalSpace excelled in all these areas.
EA Masters 2023
At the EA Masters 2023 event, we picked up ANOTHER double gold award, the only Urmston Estate Agent to do so and one of very few in the Manchester area which puts us in the top 1.8% of all agents in the UK.
Only 239 estate agents received double gold awards at the EA Masters 2023 out of the 13,080 estate agencies assessed in the UK.
