The British Property Award

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we have just won the 2023 British Property Award for Urmston, an award we previously held in 2021 during the covid period.

The British Property Awards was established to help consumers trying to make an informed decision on which Estate Agent to instruct when selling or letting their homes. They independently assess estate agents against a set of 25 criteria and only those agents who meet a certain standard over a number of months are awarded.

The British Property Awards judging process starts with mystery shopping to assess how the different agents respond to enquiries. A range of data sets are also assessed including how long properties are listed for sale before being sold. The online presence agents have is also observed such as how a property is presented, the quality of the photography and use of social promotion. After creating a shortlist of three agents, if there is no clear front-runner, a further round of in-depth mystery shopping is undertaken, after which a clear winner is established and awarded the Gold Winner.
