VitalSpace join forces with Rebel Energy to provide streamline tenancy void utility management for our Landlords

For many years, the handling of utility bills during void periods at rental properties can be a challenging process for both landlords and agents.

VitalSpace and Rebel Energy
As a company, VitalSpace aim to ensure that all utility providers and associated local Councils are notified of any tenancy change. Meter readings are also provided to ensure billing is correct and accurate enabling utility provider to apportion billing to the correct user. This often will result in small utility bills being applicable to our landlords during any void period.
VitalSpace has now partnered with Rebel Energy to ensure a frictionless experience during tenancy changes.
The benefit to our Landlords
Once a tenant has vacated one of our managed property, our landlords will receive correspondence from Rebel Energy who will automatically create and credit your void energy account with £15 to cover any charges during the void period.
VitalSpace will also ensure that when a new tenant moves into one of our managed properties, a new utility account is created meaning any new tenant(s) will be invoiced from their move in date with any void period bills being sent directly to our landlords for any costs above the debited £15.
VitalSpace will act in the best interests of our landlords while managing the energy supply, ensuring cost-effectiveness and bill management.
