  • 75% of rent paid, for up to 3 months following vacant possession.
  • £100,000 legal expenses should legal action be required.

  • If your tenant defends any legal action, your rent guarantee policy will continue to pay the arrears.
  • Claim from day 1 of the policy, no exclusion periods.
