Our “landlord referral program” rewards you for every successful landlord recommendation. Most of our new clients are referred to us by our existing landlords and tenants due to our professional service and successful results. Do you know friends, colleagues, neighbours or family who have a property to rent out? Why not introduce them to us!
Our landlord referral program is open to anyone who would like to recommend or refer a landlord. Its easy… refer a landlord to us and upon the successful letting of the property, you will be eligible for receiving a £100.00 cash reward.
Refer a landlord is easier than you think
1. To refer a landlord to us, please register by completing the below form and a member of our lettings team will contact you.
2. Speak to the person being referred to let them know VitalSpace will be in touch.
3. If the person being referred accepts our full management service, VitalSpace will give you £100.00 on completion of the rental.
Terms and Conditions
- You must ask the permission of the person you are referring before confirming their personal details
- The person being referred will need to sign up to our full management service
- The offer of £100.00 will only be honoured, one a tenancy has commenced.
- Landlords who already use our rental services are still eligible for the incentive and can use this against their next tenant find fee
- You can refer as many people as your wish; however the incentive is based on ‘per landlord’ not ‘per property’
