Firstly, please excuse the abruptness of our sms only our system will only allow us to include 160 characters within our text. This is just a quick message to let you know that we have arranged to conduct a property inspection at your property. This will be between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 on the date specified in our text message.

Andy Loynd or Callum Greatorex are our property Inspectors.

This is a normal procedure for any properties managed by ourselves. It is not necessary for you to be present for the inspection as our inspector will access with our management keys.
