The Role
As the VitalSpace team continues to grow from strength to strength, we are always looking for passionate and enthusiastic people to grow with us.
Our sales consultant / viewing representative role will predominantly consist of providing support to our sales department by conducting viewings on our available sales properties.
You would need to have a positive approach to handling a wide variety of enquiries, which makes this a very interesting and rewarding working environment.
As a sales consultant / viewing representative, you would be based at the busy Urmston office, you will be responsible for:
- Registering tenant details and matching them to available properties
- Booking property valuations and viewings
- Welcome clients at properties and guide them through viewings.
- Provide accurate, helpful information about the property and the surrounding area.
- Support the team in promoting the Vitalspace brand and delivering exceptional client service.
- Manage your own schedule efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management.
You will need to be already be working or have previously worked as an Estate Agency, as you will be expected to hit the ground running.
- Have strong negotiation skills and possess a basic understanding of the sales process
- Be ambitious and committed, with the drive to develop your skills and knowledge
- Always represent yourself and the company in the best light
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure
- Be commercially aware and understand the South Manchester property market

Salary / Remuneration
Salaries are negotiable depending on experience with an attractive commission structure. Commission earnings are uncapped, so your earning potential is limitless.

Full UK Manual Drivers Licence
Package
We offer an annual holiday entitlement of 20 days, excluding all public holidays, pension, a generous commission structure and our commitment to help you progress and develop within your role. Experience in sales is essential in this role. As a result we require 2 years experience in a similar role.
