We issue all our in-going inventory reports, via email, 24 hours prior to your move in date.
Once you have moved into your property, please remember that you have 6 days in which to provide feedback on the inventory report.
Please visit your in-going inventory prompt issued via email and in the event you disagree with any of the descriptions, it’s very important that you add a comment and provide a supporting photo. In doing so, you will avoid any unnecessary disagreements when you move-out.
