Property Manager

VitalSpace have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join our expanding lettings team. This is a great career opportunity within a progressive property focussed business, and a chance for ambitious people to grow their experience and work for a highly regarded Estate Agent.

Candidates must have previous experience in the Estate Agency and Lettings property market and have the ability to problem solve with a strong attention to detail.
Key responsibilities within the role will be conducting routine property inspections, end of tenancy move outs and handling deposit returns to ensuring smooth running of a property during the lifespan of any tenancy.

As a residential lettings property manager you will be working within an experienced lettings team assisting with the day to day management of our lettings portfolio.

Technical property management knowledge / ARLA Qualifications desirable but not essential.

A suitable applicant will ideally already have experience of working in residential property sales and will enjoy the challenge of working in a fast paced environment, promoting the company and providing a high quality service to prospective vendors and buyers. The position is full time, working 6 days per week.

Salary / Remuneration

Salaries are negotiable depending on experience with an attractive commission structure. Commission earnings are uncapped, so your earning potential is limitless.

Full UK Manual Drivers Licence

Package

We offer an annual holiday entitlement of 22 days, excluding all public holidays, pension, a generous commission structure and our commitment to help you progress and develop within your role.

Sales Consultant

VitalSpace, Urmston Estate Agent are looking to recruit a full time sales consultant to join our expanding team. Applicants must have experience of working in residential property sales and enjoy the challenge of a fast paced environment and providing a high quality of service to all of our clients. The position is full time and we would require any successful applicant to work at the weekends and hold a full UK driving license.

A sales consultant must enjoy dealing with a variety of people as the role involves meeting new clients, assessing their property needs and working with vendors in order to sell their properties. The atmosphere at VitalSpace is vibrant with every client enquiry needing to be dealt with professionally including accompanying applicant to view properties.

As a Sales Consultant you need to have great drive and ambition to succeed. Working in a competitive environment you will look to attract new buyers and sellers to our business. In this fast paced role a typical day will include liaising with buyers and sellers, following up new leads to convert into business, negotiating offers whilst building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients.
