The position is full time and we would require any successful applicant to work at the weekends and hold a full UK driving license.

A sales negotiator must enjoy dealing with a variety of people as the role involves meeting new clients, assessing their property needs and working with vendors in order to sell their properties. The atmosphere at VitalSpace is vibrant at our busy Urmston offices. The pace is fast with every client enquiry needing to be dealt with professionally including accompanying applicant to view properties.

VitalSpace have experienced a 40% increase in viewings in January 2013 when compared to the same month in 2012 and have incredible demand for property in the Urmston and Stretford area’s. With record sales results, VitalSpace Estate Agents urgently require property to service the demand.

VitalSpace have recently opened a new high profile office in Eden Square, Urmston and are further expanding by opening a third branch in Chorlton in March 2013. The positive outlook is thought to be largely thanks to the Bank of England’s funding, which has allowed banks to borrow money at a low interest rate on the proviso it is loaned to home buyers. In January 2013, VitalSpace Estate Agents took the option to refesh their offices by installing eye catching window displays to showcase their vast range of available Manchester properties. The panels were supplied by Shrewsbury firm Mid West Displays who offer the latest in advertising technology using energy efficient LEDs that are extremely bright but cost efficient – even when continually running. VitalSpace have found that the glowing panels installed into the prominently positioned offices draw attention to their properties both during the day and night, therefore encouraging more potential customers to study their window displays and speak to the knowledgeable staff. Urmston Estate Agents, VitalSpace installed the attractive panels alongside moving into a newly built office and the combination of the bespoke contemporary branch and LED display’s really do give the wow factor.

VitalSpace were impressed with the technology supplied and have invited the Midwest Display team back to install panels into their latest branch opening in Chorlton in March.
